Classic double-entry books with the shortcuts your hands already know — vouchers, ledgers, statutory statements and an audit trail that records every change.
No card required · your ledgers, financial year and periods are created as you sign up
| Account / particulars | Debit (₹) | Credit (₹) | |

Function keys for every voucher type, Alt+C to create a ledger where you stand, Ctrl+A to accept, Esc to go back. The shortcuts bar shows the whole map rather than asking you to memorise it.
Balance Sheet in T-format with comparatives, Profit & Loss, Trial Balance, Cash Flow, ratio and solvency analysis — all read straight from posted journals, so there is no batch to wait for.
Reserved ledger groups follow Indian practice — Sundry Debtors, Duties & Taxes, Suspense — with GSTR-1 JSON export, HSN/SAC summaries and tax invoice PDFs in five templates.
Every alteration, reversal and deletion is written to the audit log with what changed and who changed it — a deleted voucher leaves its full contents behind, because the trail should outlive the row.
Each voucher type keeps its own number series, so you can tell what an entry is from its number alone. The series advance independently — SAL-00001 and RCT-00001 sit side by side.
There is no closing run to wait for and no cache to rebuild. Every one exports to PDF or Excel, for any date or period you choose with F2 and Alt+F2.
The same keys Tally taught you, bound to the same things. The shortcut bar along the bottom of every screen shows the map, so there is nothing to memorise on day one.
Type a ledger name and it completes. Not there yet? Alt+C creates it without losing the voucher you are in the middle of.
Sign up and name the company. The chart of accounts, the financial year and its monthly periods are created with it.
Type them on each ledger as you go, or enter the whole trial balance on one screen. Anything that does not foot sits in Difference in Opening Balances until you clear it.
One GSTIN per state you are registered in. The check digit is verified as you type, and invoices pick the right registration on their own.
F8 for a sale, F6 for a receipt, Ctrl+A to accept. The balance sheet has already moved by the time you look at it.
Set the value above which a voucher needs approving, and a second above which it needs two people. An auditor reads everything and can change nothing — which is the point of an auditor.
Double-entry throughout. Every voucher must balance before it can be saved, statements are computed from posted journal lines rather than kept as running totals, and an integrity check asserts that the subledgers agree with their control accounts.
Yes — import the Tally XML export. Masters and vouchers come across, and each voucher keeps the type Tally recorded rather than arriving as an undifferentiated journal.
It is deleted, along with the entry it was posted against and any document behind it, so nothing is left stranded on the balance sheet. Its full contents are written to the audit log first, and its number is never reissued.
No. Everything reads in Dr and Cr, the way a ledger is meant to, on screen and in every PDF.
Yes. Add your team with a role each, from Controller down to Viewer, and set the value above which a voucher needs a second pair of eyes.
Any statement exports to PDF or Excel, and a whole company can be exported and re-imported as a backup file.
Your chart of accounts, financial year and monthly periods are created as you sign up — post a voucher a minute later.
